The Hellenic Equestrian Federation returns after 6 years organizing major international events at the Olympic Equestrian Center in Markopoulo with the "Athens Equestrian Festival 2018", which includes a CSI1* and the Athens CSIO2*-W in Jumping. that will take place on June 1, 2 and 3, and on the 7th, 8th, 9th & 10th June.
Immediately after this year's Championship , top foreign riders with their horses, together with the best Greek riders, will take part in the international competitions, claiming victories in the total of 27 classes of the two weeks. In addition to adult classes, the program also includes classes of children and young horses.
Everyone who visits equestrian center will have the opportunity not only to get to know the wonderful and spectacular equestrian sport, riders and horses, but also to have fun with the many parallel events that will take place in the context of the competitions. Two weekends, 2 & 3 June and 9 & 10 June will feature a special infant farm with rare animals, there will be Playmobil children's playgrounds and playgrounds with lots of games and various activities for the little friends of the sport. The days of the World Cup, 7-10 June 2018, will also feature an art exhibition entitled "The Horses".
The schedule will begin daily and weekends at 9.00 or 10.00 and will end at about 19.00. We are waiting for you to support and applaud the efforts of Greek and foreign athletes. Entrance is free for everyone.
