Do you know HEF's Development Tournament?

At the 74th Panhellenic Equestrian Games held in December in Markopoulo, HEF awarded the winners of the 2022 Development Tournament.

The Development Tournament has been organized since 2017 and is the most important tool of HEFVfor the promotion of equestrian sports in the region.

Some useful information:

The Development Tournament has an educational purpose and philosophy:
offers on-site training and competition opportunities to clubs and athletes in the region without incurring the costs of transport and accommodation in the centers
runs like an international competition with regulations, veterinary control, timetable, briefing of team chefs, awards etc.
accompanied by a license day and a judges' seminar for athletes is based on voluntary contributions from judges and organizers
The 2022 Development Tournament:
included 5 competitions in the region:
in Rhodes / Equestrian Club of Rhodes Open Equestrian "O KADMOS"
in Crete / Equestrian Club of Rethymnon
in Kalamata / Equestrian Club of Kalamata
in Volos / Sesklo Equestrian Club
in Kilkis / Kilkis Equestrian Club

hosted a total of 88 Athletes and 82/Horses, total 139 entries in Dressage events and 62 entries in jumping events

was self-financing, surplus and strengthened the HEF's budget:
with revenues of €9,840 AIA 36x100=3,600
Annual subscriptions for athletes 48X90=4,320

Annual subscriptions for horses 48X40=1,920

with costs of €4,500 Airline tickets 10x170=1,700
ttransport costs 15x100=1,500
