Fires at Kalyvia
OKIM is a shelter for horses!
The Olympic Equestrian Center in Markopoulo is once again a refuge for horses affected by the fires, this time in Eastern Attica.
The Olympic Center recently welcomed more than 60 horses from equestrian facilities in the village of Olympos in Kalyvia Thorikou.
The 33 horses were transported from the Equestrian Club of Kalyvia St. George, the installation of which was not damaged, while the other 27 horses from the "ALEXIPPOS" equestrian facility, which unfortunately suffered significant damage from the fire, which is still ongoing in the area.
