Following a previous announcement by the Hellenic Equestrian Federation regarding the commencement of its cooperation with Sports Psychologist Ms. Flora Papitsi, we would like to inform you about the 3rd educational session of the program for 2026.

Target audience: Endurance Riding Athletes

The session will take place within the framework of the Hellenic Equestrian Federation’s coaching seminar and will focus on the following topics:

• sports psychology,

• psychological training,

• stress management,

• psychological preparation of athletes.
