We are delighted to welcome Ioli Mytilinaiou to the activities of the National Teams Program.
Ioli Mytilineou, a leading Greek equestrian athlete, with participation in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games as well as in European and World Championships, actively supports the National Teams Program of the HEF, making a substantial contribution to the development and empowerment of young athletes through the transfer of valuable experience and knowledge from elite sport.”
On her own initiative, on Thursday, 5 February 2026, Ioli Mytilinaiou met with thirty athletes from the Children, Juniors, and Young Riders categories at the Tatoi Club. The meeting was attended by athletes from Attica, Thessaloniki, Crete, Kalamata, and Volos. Also present was the German Technical Advisor of the Hellenic Equestrian Federation (HEF), Mr. Lars Meyer zu Bexten.
During the meeting, Ioli shared her own competitive journey, experiences from the international level, as well as insights and practical advice that can serve as a valuable guide for young athletes on their path toward elite sport.
A meeting full of inspiration, dialogue, and meaningful exchange of experiences, which left a strong impression on the participants and reinforced the vision of the Hellenic Equestrian Federation’s National Teams Program.
