Please be advised that athletes who have financial pendings from the Championship at the Olympic Equestrian Center in Markopoulo and their passports are at HEF, they must arrange it as soon as possible in the HEF's accountancy department.

Otherwise, they will not be eligible to participate in any subsequent event.
