To the Members Clubs of HEF 

Dear Sirs,

The HEF Board of Directors during his session yesterday, he discussed and made decisions on the following issues:

A. Program and Schedules Jumping and Dressage 2018 The Board of Directors, taking into account the relevant suggestions of the relevant Technical Committees, approved the drafts and are waiting for your remarks until Friday November 10, 2017.

B. Interest in organizing a Grand Prix
The Board of Directors invites all Southern Hellenic clubs wishing to organise a Grand Prix on the dates specified in the attached draft Program to send their interest in writing by Friday 10 November 2017.

C. Presentation of the Program and the General Proposals HR & ND 2018
The Board of Directors organizes an Open Event to present the Program and the General Schedules on Monday, November 13, 2017, at 14.00 at the event hall of HEF'S Offices at OKIM. Representatives of clubs, athletes, coaches, members and fans are invited at the event.
