Greek riding is celebrating

three international Greek victories

in three different equestrian sports

within the same three days

The Greek athletes impressed on the weekend of 1st May  and in fact in three different equestrian sports, Endurance, Dressage and Jumping. They managed to achieve three victories and our National Anthem was heard in Samorin (Slovakia), St Margariten (Austria) and Kiskunhalas (Hungary).

In Equestrian Endurance, where in CEI * in Samorin, Slovakia, the Greek champion Efi Koutsafti with the mare Hadiyya, in her first international participation this year managed to finish first in the 100 km race between 15 riders from all over Europe with a total time of 05 hours 44:24.

In Dressage and CDICH in St. Margarethen Austria Danae Giannopoulou with her mare Donatella had very good performances in both A3 and A4 classes, while in A5 class she won the 1st place with a very good percentage of 71.12%.

Finally, in the Jumping Angelos Touloupis, continuing his excellent international appearances this time at the CSI2 * in Kiskunhalas, Hungary, he won with his stallion Lord Mexx the Grand Prix of 1.45m. with double clear rounds in a time of 40.89 and a total of 18 riders. This is the second victory in a Grand Prix for Angelos in 2022 and in fact with different horses! With this victory, Angelos gained additional points in the world Longines Ranking.
