This week is expected with great interest the National Championship in jumping and dressage with the participation of riders and amazons from all over Greece. The Olympic Equestrian Center this year will host the M I Equestrian Championship 2022 in both sports from Thursday 19 to Sunday, May 22.

In jumping, which will be held at both the main grass arena and the sand arena, the Champions will emerge in the age categories, Children, Juniors, Young Riders, Seniors, as well as the winners in the Amazons. All classes will take place in three days with four rounds. Horse pairs are ranked according to the total penalty scores of the four rounds and in case of a tie from the 3rd day ranking (3rd and 4th round). The program of the competitions also includes a Young Horses competition, in a three-day ecent with three rounds, as well as competitions for pairs of riders / horses that do not participate in the Championship.

In equestrian dresssge, the competitions of which will take place in the indoor arena, the Champions in Children, Juniors, Young Riders and Seniors will also emerge from a three-day event. The title of Greek Champion in the Children Category will be judged based on the highest score (average%) in the classes A3 Children, A4 Children & A5 Children, in the Juniors in the classes C4, C5 & Freestyle, in the Young Rders in the classes Da, De & Freestyle  and in Seniors in the classes Da, Δβ & Freestyle . In addition to the Championship , there will also be classes of the 5th competition, as well as paradressage competitions. Two foreign judges 4 *, English Mrs. Mary Robins and Belgian Mr. Freddy Leyman have been invited to judge together with the Greek judges.

On Sunday, May 22 and from 10:00 to 14:00 there will be a BLOOD DONATION in the building of HEF.

Two years after the pandemic entrance is free to the public without restrictions.
