Three amazons and a rider were the main protagonists of the Panhellenic Dressage Games, which ended yesterday Sunday successfully and with a record number of participants in a Christmas atmosphere at the indoor arena of the Olympic Equestrian Center.

In the Senior Category, Christina Sahinoglou with Damor was Panhellenic champion for the second year in a row, after three victories in the Da, Db and freestyle competitions with a total percentage of 67.41%. In 2nd place was Stelios Stavroulakis of AKIB with Baiao with a total percentage of 66.10% and in 3rd place was Elissavet Maika with Askad of IOM with a percentage of 63.38%.

In the Junior Category, Alexandros Katsikis of EIO with Barthez 4 prevailed, after collecting a better overall percentage of 65.74% in the three events C4, C5 and Freestyle. In 2nd place was Ilenia Oikonomou with King Black of AIOAT with a percentage of 64.47% and in 3rd place was Isabella Atchalaki of EIO with Desteny with a percentage of 63.17%.

In the YR Category, Penelope Perdikari of AOI with Vabello was awarded with a total percentage of 62.27% from the three competitions Da De and freestyle.

In the Children's Category, this year's Champion also took the title of Panhellenic Champion. Danai Yiannopoulou with Donatella of IOB collected the highest percentage of 72.83% from the three events A3, A4 and A5. In 2nd place was Karolina Atchalaki of EIO with Spoekedammetje Nikos with a percentage of 72.03% and in 3rd place was Veneta Savova of IOM with Henzo with a percentage of 71.78%.

During the three-day and last competition of the year for Dressage, the Polynikes of the year were chosen.

In A3 Children's Polynikis was Karolina Atchalakis of EIO with Spoekedammetje Nikos with 47 points in 10 compeititons, in A3 Seniors Polynikis was Theodora Papida of AOI with Oli Scot with 34 points, in B7 competition Polynikis was Alexandra Tachiatis with Amiable des Rhodes of EIO with 50 points and in C4 Juniors Polinikis was Ilenia Oikonomou with King Black with 41 points.

Next up this week, December 8-11, are the Jumping Panhellenic Games also at the indoor arena of the Olympic Equestrian Center in Markopoulo.
