With great interest in Kilkis

Both the Championship and the international Endurance competitions that will be held in Kilkis are expected with great interest this two-day period, April 29 and 30.

The Hellenic Equestrian Federationa and the Kilkis Equestrian Club jointly organizes with the Municipality of Kilkis the Championship in the wider area of Kilkis, during which the Champions of Children, Juniors and Seniros will be announced. Furthermore, two international competitions will be held, CEI1* on a route of 100 km. and CEI2* on a route of 120 km.

The organization of the Championship is dedicated to the memory of Giorgos Papadopoulos, one of the pioneers of Equestrian Endurance in Greece, international judge and international steward of the sport and the only Greek international FEI Technical Delegate, who recently passed away.

A record number of entries is expected at the Championship, as more than 80 pairs of horses riders will take part in the CEN1* (100-119km), Juniors (80-99km) & Children's (60-79km) Championship classes for the winning the titles, but also in the other categories of the program B of 80 km., C of 60 km., D & D CHILDREN of 40 km. and E & E el. of 20 km.

More than 13 pairs of horses friders rom Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania and Egypt are expected to participate in the international competitions.

The veterinary inspection of the horses is scheduled for all categories on Saturday, April 29, while the detailed program and start times of the Categories are as follows:
