The 2023 Championship was held succesfully at the Markopoulo Olympic Equestrian Center on the 4 days 11-14 of May.

In Jumping and Senior Class , Monica Martini of EIO was named Senior Champion for the fourth time and third with Electic Elvis. The amazon of EIO was the only one with 0 points in all four rounds of the category. In 2nd place was Alexandros Fourlis of IOKEN with Idefix del Laghetto with 4 points and in 3rd place was Yannis Skandalis with Naskari de Reve of IOB with 8 points.

In the Young Riders Category, last year's Junior Champions were crowned Champions. IOKEN's Semeli Popp and Cash de la Hart had the fewest penalty points over the four rounds, 13, and took the title. Second was Konstantinos Baliousis with Merlot van de Lichtekouter of IOA with 21 points and third was Giorgos Meimaridis with Carpe Diem of AOI with 53 points.

In the Junior Category, Maria Kavalari was crowned Champion with Sunny from IOKALSG with 8 penalty points in the four rounds. Second was Annita Nomikou with Rushdie of IOB with 16 points and third was Georgia Sclaveniti with Magico of AIOE with 16 points.

In the Children's Category, the Champion was Semeli Laiou with Korfenia of IOKEN, collecting 10 points in the four rounds. Second was Emmelia Economopoulou of IOMS with Stella Blu with 12 points and third was Vasiliki Baliousi with Times Square of IOA with 13 points.

In the Amazon Category, the winner was Mariansi Kyriakopoulou with Veneur de St Hubert of IOBOP with 0 points in the four rounds. Second was Monica Martini of EIO with Jordan vd Heffink Z with 4 points and third was Katerina Doubodel with Fleur VL of IKEM with also 4 points.

n Dressage, in the Senior Class, for the first time Christina Sahinoglou of IOM was crowned Champion with Damor, collecting the biggest percentage in the three events St Georges, Inter I and Freestyle, 69.686%. Second was Stelios Stavroulakis of AKIB with Baiao with a percentage of 66.776% and third was Elisavet Maika of IOM with Askad with a percentage of 57.978%.

In the Junior Category, also for the first time, Christina Retsou was crowned Champion with Elise of IOB with the best percentage in the three events Team, Individual and freestyle 68.568%. Second was also from IOB Eleni Barbati with Forever Dancing with a percentage of 65.294% and third was Ilenia Oikonomou with King Black of AIOAT with a percentage of 64.506%.

In the Children's Category, for the third time and second in a row, Danae Giannopoulou was crowned Champion with Fuerst Rubin 10. The amazon of IOB collected the best percentage in the three events Preliminary, Team and Individual, 77.356% and won the title. In 2nd place was Veneta Savova with Henzo of IOM with a percentage of 72.366% and in 3rd place Athina Bikaki of IOP with Zoie with a percentage of 70.070%.
