Successes for Greece at Athens CSI* in Markopoulo!

Today, the third day of the Athens CSI* EEF Evolution League international showjumping competition, which is been held at the Olympic Equestrian Center in Markopoulo since Thursday, continued with successes for our country.

In today's second 1.10m competition. the winner was Alexandros Fourlis with Gijs with a double clear round and a time of 28.73. In 2nd place was from Cyprus Sofia Forster Georgiou with Cindy also with 0 points and a time of 28.78 and in 3rd place Stefania Besiou with Iemke Swally with 0 points and a time of 31.90.

In today's young horses category, in the 5-year-old category the winner was Dimitris Natsis with Nerosa and in the 6-7-year-old category the winner was once again French Benjamin Plantade with Maximus.

In the 3rd team event of the EEF Evolution League series, the "Top Gun" team with Paris Koutsoyiannis - Oakley, Tasso Raisis - Calypso du Saianna Z and Benjamin Plantade - Ikoon won the 1st place.

Entry is free to the public, while tomorrow's final day of the Athens CSI* starts at 9.00am and features four events with the final event being the 1.40m Grand Prix.
