 The celebration of the equestrian sport, the 2025 METLEN Championship in Markopoulo!

 The celebration of equestrian sport and top National event, the METLEN Championship in the two Olympic equestrian sports, Jumping and Dressage, will take place from May 8 to 11 at the Olympic Equestrian Center in Markopoulo.

umping will be held from Thursday, May 8 to Sunday, May 11 at the sand arena (dressage), while the Champions in the age categories, Children, Juniors,  Young Riders, Seniors, as well as the Winner in the Ladies Class, will be crowned in a three-day competition with four rounds. Rider/horse pairs are ranked according to the total penalty points of the four rounds and in case of a tie, the ranking of the 3rd day (3rd and 4th rounds) will count. The competition program also includes the Young horses class and B Seniors Class, in a three-day competition with three rounds, as well as other classes.

Dressage will be held over three days, from Friday, 9 to Sunday, 11 May at the outdise sand arena (J3) and the Children, Juniors, Young Riders and Seniors Champions will be crowned from a three-day competition. The title of the Greek Champion in the Children's Category will be judged based on the highest score (average %) in the A3 Children, A4 Children & A5 Children events, in the Juniors category in the C4, C5 & Freestyle events, in the Young Riders category in the Da, De & Freestyle events and in the Seniors category in the Da, De & Freestyle events. In addition to the Championship, events of the 5th competition will also be held. Three foreign judges have been invited to judge the Championship together with the Greek judges, the English Mrs. Mary Robins, the Dutch Mrs. Janine van Twist and the Italian Mrs. Nicoleta Milanese.

HEF will live stream the finals of the Children, Juniors, Amazons, Young Riders and Seniors Jumping Categories on the last day, Sunday, May 11th from the central sand arena.

Admission will be free for the public, while the competition programs will begin daily and on the weekend at 9:00 and will conclude after 18:00.
