The penultimate Jumping Championship event in Thessaloniki concluded successfully!

The penultimate 4th leg of the show jumping championship series was successfully completed on Sunday in Thessaloniki, at the Macedonia Equestrian Center (Ippos Club).

In the main event, the Grand Prix (1.45m, FEI Ranking Class), the winner was Ilias Baliousis with Casper d’Argouges (IOA), finishing with 0 penalties in both rounds and the fastest time of 52.56.
Second place went to Aikaterini Laskaridi (IOB), also with clear rounds and a time of 54.72, while third was Anna Maria Papageorgiou (IKEM) with Hector du Plessis, finishing with 4 penalties over the two rounds.

In the Young Riders category, held within the Small Grand Prix (1.40m), the best result for the championship standings was achieved by Artemis Talliaki with Valence (IOB), followed by Paraskevi Kanellaki with Bergamotte d’Amour (IOKOUB).
After the 4th competition, Artemis Talliaki leads the standings with Valence on 36 points.

In the Juniors category (1.35m), following a jump-off between five riders, first place was taken by Semeli Laiou (IOB) with Grey Leo, finishing with 0 penalties and a time of 40.41.
Second was Anastasia Albertou (IOA) with Imotep d’Amour, also clear with a time of 44.37, and third was Marili Katsampa (IOB) with His Little Diamond, with 0 penalties and a time of 45.12.

In the Junior Championship standings after the 4th competition, Vasiliki Baliousi (IOA) with Helsi d’Amaury leads with 32 points.

In the Children’s category (1.20m), following a jump-off between five athletes, the winner was Antonis Yantzoglou (IOA) with Hella du Ruisseau, delivering the fastest clear round in a time of 37.59.
Second place went to Asimina Myrto Spentzou (IOA) with Rebel, with 0 penalties and a time of 37.95, while third was Evanthia Kourkoumeli (IOVOP) with Hella De Latour, also clear with a time of 40.48.

In the standings after the 4th competition, Evanthia Kourkoumeli (IOVOP) with Hella De Latour leads with 34 points.

In the Ladies category (1.30m), a jump-off took place between five riders, with Anna Maria Papageorgiou (IKEM) riding Gearnac de Listoir taking the win with 0 penalties and a time of 37.11.
Second place went to Stefania Bessiou (IOMS) with Amira, also clear in 39.46, while third was Helen Schut (IOVOP) with Oakley, with 0 penalties and a time of 39.58.

In the standings for the 2026 Leading Lady title after the 4th competition, two riders share 1st place with 18 points: Sofia Toki (IOKOUB) with Santa Maria and Stefania Bessiou with Amira.

In the Young Horses category (6–7 years old), the winner was Orchidee, ridden by Danae Besdemioti (IKEM).

The next competition, the Show Jumping Championship Final (5th and final leg of the series), will determine the 2026 champions and winners. It is scheduled to take place over four days, from June 25–28, at the same venue, Ippos Club in Thessaloniki.
