Kalarakis Qualifies for the World Championships!

Michalis Kalarakis got his international competitive season off to the best possible start, securing qualification for the World Championships!

In his first international appearance of 2026, at the CPEDI 3* in Sopot, Poland, the Greek athlete, together with his new horse, Ferrero, achieved outstanding results, which were crowned by accomplishing this year's major goal: qualification for the FEI Para Dressage World Championship in Aachen, Germany, this coming August.

More specifically, competing in the Grade I category, he secured two first-place finishes in the Para Grand Prix A with a score of 70.97% and the Para Grand Prix Freestyle with a score of 75.834%, as well as a second-place finish in the Para Grand Prix B with a score of 71.04%.
